Who Wore It Best - Carroll's Top Oscar Picks February 23 2015

Who doesn't love the Academy Awards?! Your favorite film or actor/actress may not have won, but these ladies listed below certainly deserved an award for their attire. Of course, in true Carroll style, I figured they could use a little sparkle from my collection.

Here are my Picks for Best Dressed:

Timeless Pearls are back, and Lupita Nyong'o wears them with style in her Calvin Klein frock.  The Pansy handbag would seamlessly fit with this gown.

#2 Marion Cotillard look vintage and coquettish in her Dior gown... The new Clara handbag would add to this timeless look.

#3 Cate Blanchett in her stunningly simple black Galliano rocked the red carpet by enhancing her gown with a gorgeous Tiffany turquoise necklace... and I love turquoise. I would compliment this dress with the Elsa handbag to add some more frost and turquoise.

#4 Jennifer Lopez in her flesh tone Coral/pink gown was old Hollywood.... loved that plunging neckline.... and Jennifer could easily pull off the Luxor beauty of a handbag with all that beadwork.

#5 Margot Robbie in St. Laurent reflected 70's glamour and excess.  Her new bob and face alone could rock any red carpet.  We think the Deco would be so fun to carry with its Chevron retro weave, and blue color to compliment her vintage necklace.

Rosamund Pike in Givenchy.... Everyone loves a lady in Red.... The Allie would be a fun choice to add some more spice to her gown.

Dakota Johnson rocked her St. Laurent.... that sweet girl in the "naughty-fun" movie should sport the DeeAnn minaudiere to enhance this look.

Reese Witherspoon in her Tom Ford was simple and regal.... The Alana handbag would be an retro inspired look to compliment her look.

Scarlett Johansson in a skin tight green Versace..... I know, I know.... the necklace was a bit much.... but I love her ferocity and feminism.... She could so rock the Perky Peacock with that combination.

Meryl Streep in Lanvin.... what a veteran of understated glamour.... I would love to see her carry the Audrey with that outfit.... The tuxedo jacket and the Bowtie.... very fitting!!!
